About Doreen Mary Bray

​

Doreen Mary Bray is a visionary teacher, shaman, naturopath, and author who has spent over 40 years helping people awaken to their true nature. With a life devoted to unveiling the unseen and guiding others toward soul sovereignty, she blends ancient wisdom with modern tools to foster deep personal transformation.

Doreen’s work bridges the mystical and the practical—drawing on Shamanism, emotional intelligence, energetic healing, and rites of passage to empower people from all walks of life. As the founder of the Institute of Energetic Healing, she trained teams of practitioners in integrative, soul-based health methods. Her approach is rooted in universal truth, timeless spiritual traditions, and fearless self-exploration.

She is also the creator of new transformational programs for all ages, including The Hero’s Journey, a heart-based spirituality course for youth (12–16) designed to build courage, clarity, and compassion; Inner Engineering: Growing Your Soul, a 6-week course for young adults (16–22) focused on self-awareness, resilience, and soul connection; and Soul Ignited: Awakening the Power Within, an adult program that empowers participants to embody the strength, grace, and intelligence of the soul.
